Pastor Gold David, an Australian, spent 45 years of his life in the church before converting to Islam.
The Muslim Telegraph reported that Abdul Rahman is the new Muslim name for the neo-Muslim Gold David. Gold David has established himself as a well-respected pastor in the Australian Christian community, the report claims.
During his forty-five years of ministry, he was admired by young Christians as a multifaceted individual. Many were taken aback when they learned of Gold David's conversion to Islam.
He hasn't yet discussed these reasons for adhering to Islam, though.
